Apsytude

Apsytude is an association aiming to promote students’ well-being so that they can thrive both personally and in their studies.
Its areas of focus are raising awareness, prevention, training, and consultations. Apsytude also has a website providing resources on the theme of students’ personal problems.

Their two main schemes are:
- Happsy Hours (Loire and Rhône): this provides students with individual on-site consultations with a psychologist; appointments can be made by telephone or email.
- Happsy Line (Ain, Loire and Rhône) which provides students with video consultations with a psychologist; appointments can be made by email.
