At night and on weekends, 15 also ensures the regulation of the continuity of general medical care: requests for medical advice, consultation with an on-call doctor, etc.

Do you need to see a doctor quickly?
1. Your first call should be to your primary care physician.
2. If you do not have one, go to one of the consultation addresses in the Ain, Rhône or Loire departments, open in the day and outside of practice opening hours.
3. Always call 15 before going to the emergency room.
