The “100% Santé” (100% Health) offer
What is the “100% Santé” (100% Health) offer?
Who is entitled to it?
“100% Santé” is intended for anyone with solidarity health coverage or a so-called ‘responsible’ supplementary health care scheme (nearly 95% of all contracts in the sector).
If in doubt, then ask the organization that provides your supplementary scheme.

Why register for the French National Health System?
Is your doctor in sector 1 or in sector 2? This has an impact on your expenses
Health professionals from sector 1 apply fees that are set in agreement with the French National Health Service, otherwise know as “Social Security tariffs”.
Professionals who freely set their own fees are in sector 2: they can practice excess fee charges that are not reimbursed by the French National Health Service (but that may be covered by your supplementary health insurance or your mutual health fund depending on the contract you have subscribed to).
Good to know
Before making an appointment, you can check which sector a health care professional is registered under by visiting the healthcare directory at ameli.fr (in French).
The “M’T dents” program
“M’T dents” (Love Your Teeth) is a free appointment with the dentist every 3 years until you reach 24. At this appointment, the dentist: - Checks the health of your teeth and gums,
- Gives you advice on dental hygiene,
- Suggests one or more future appointments if your teeth require treatment.
These appointments and any subsequent treatments are covered by the French National Health Service and you do not have to pay for them.
