Remote appointments will be conducted using the software available on the GCS SARA platform. This secure software is provided free of charge to healthcare professionals in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region thanks to financial support from the Regional Health Authority (ARS - Agence régionale de santé).

  • One-to-one consultations with healthcare professionals (by appointment only),
  • A well-being and relaxation area to chat, read, get information, etc. (no appointment necessary),
  • A wide range of group workshops: stress management techniques, discussion groups, group therapy, etc. (registration required).

The Students Health Services (SSE - Services de santé étudiants) within the institutions support a very broad range of health-related themes (physical health, mental health, sexual health, addictive behavior, nutrition, sports medicine, etc.).

Furthermore, the 102 is not attached to any particular institution and is open to all students, regardless of their original institution.

What healthcare professionals are there at The 102?

The multidisciplinary team at The 102, is made up of general practitioners, a nurse, a psychologist and a psychiatrist. All are specialized in mental health care, whatever their field of expertise.

Can I get long-term psychological support?

The 102 team is on hand to help you get better and harness your own resources to take care of your mental health. There is no defined timeframe for psychological support, but if you need long-term support, the 102 medical team can recommend another, more suitable center or healthcare professional.
