The Groupe d'entraide mutuelle du Roannais (Roanne Mutual Support Group) (GEM) is an association for the promotion of integration and the fight against the isolation and social exclusion of people with psychological disorders. It operates as a peer support association. The GEM holds a community club with activities run by members.
