The association Rimbaud is an addiction center in the Loire department.
It is comprised of a CSAPA in Saint-Etienne and in Roanne, a CAARUD in Saint-Etienne, and several local CJCs located in the administrative department, among others.
The CAARUD (Center for the Reception, Support and Reduction of risks for Drug users) is intended to welcome and support drug users, without requiring them to start with health care procedures: here you can find drug use and infection prevention equipment provided at no charge, as well as support and assistance accessing care and your rights.
The CSPA provides medical care, therapeutic support, and services for prison inmates, as well as temporary assisted living accommodation.
The association also provides Clinics for young drug users (CJC) schemes to provide counseling and support to teens and young adults struggling with their psychoactive substance consumption and addictive behavioral practices (pathological gambling, screens, etc.)
